Wedding Photography Services and Options

The best way for us to talk about our services is at a face-to-face meeting or over the telephone if you are at a distance from our Derbyshire base. We do travel all over the UK for weddings and civil partnerships and our travel costs are included in our all inclusive prices. Distance is not a problem! If you are able to visit we enjoy being able to meet you and show you our various albums from recent weddings. While our website can show our style of wedding and civil partnership photograpy, it's only in viewing the real wedding albums that you can truly see the high quality of the finished product. Our albums are not just a collection of photographs, but they tell the story of your day.

We like to talk through your expectations for your wedding photography to make sure that we can fulfil your needs with our modern and unobtrusive approach to wedding and civil partnership photography.

Wedding and Civil Partnership Fees

Reportage Wedding Photography in SurreyPricing for 2007 weddings and civil partnerships start at £1,950 (inc. VAT) which includes:

  • Both Alison and Stephen documenting your wedding day from our different perspectives.
  • Photography coverage up to 6 hours (longer coverages also available, please ask for details).
  • All photographs presented on a personalised presentation DVD, something you can enjoy for years to come in addition to your album.
  • 90 photographs of your choice in a 30-page custom-made leather album with the option to add extra pages, upgrade to larger albums or choose more modern contemporary metal and wood covers. You also have the option to have the high resolution files instead of an album.
  • Your own password-protected web gallery with online ordering facility so family and friends can view your photographs anywhere in the world.
  • Image selection sheets to make album choices easier.
  • Insured delivery of your album to a UK mainland address.
  • Our normal travel, accommodation and VAT costs inlcuded in the price.
  • The option to buy your finished photographs as high resolution digital files.

Optional Pre-Ceremony Shoot

An optional extra is our pre-wedding/partnership shoot. For more information visit our pre-ceremony shoot page and view examples of our environmental portraiture. We can visit your wedding or ceremony venue, a favourite location or the place where you said yes!

The shoot and is a great way for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us! It's also a chance for you to get used to being in front of the camera and you'll get some fantastic relaxed pictures of you both. You can choose one of the photographs for mounting as a signature print. A signature print is an alternative guest book - get all your guests to sign the mount and have a permanent memory from all of your guests!
